Currently, we are looking for a talented SMM/Content Manager to join our team.

What we expect:

  • Experience in creating and promoting content on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms;
  • Understanding the principles of marketing channels and the ability to build funnels using various types of content (posts, reels, quizzes, surveys);
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to engage and capture interest;
  • Awareness of the unique characteristics of each platform and differences in approaches and tools;
  • Ability to independently search for necessary information, as well as logical and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to work with analytics: track, analyze, and optimize results.
  • Data Accuracy & Maintenance – regularly review and update content to ensure it remains accurate and relevant. Identify and remove outdated or incorrect materials.
  • Collaboration & Reporting – work closely with  teams to resolve any issues related to content uploads or syncing.
  • Creativity and the ability to create compelling, sophisticated text.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven tools for content creation, localization and proofreading.
  • Experience with social media for companies (not just personal blogs or small business pages) and be ready to provide cases and recommendations.
  • Sociability, ability to work in a team and keep focus on the goal.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop content strategy on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other social networks;
  • Create, proofread, and polish engaging and concise ingame texts (including, but not limited to, locations and items descriptions, player instructions, and events).
  • Create and proofread, polish interesting and concise texts.
  • Develop and maintain a content calendar that aligns with app milestones and user engagement strategies.
  • Working with the audience: responding to comments, questions, and creating active communication.
  • Analyze the effectiveness of content, use analytics to optimize and improve results.
  • Search for new ideas to engage the audience and grow subscribers.
  • Monitoring trends and new formats in social media and adapting them for the brand.
  • Preparation of reports with the results of work in social networks (coverage, engagement, conversions).
  • Maintaining the brand image through social media.
