Lemon.io is a fast-growing developer marketplace that connects top-tier vetted software developers with innovative companies looking to build and scale their technology.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition: Manage inbound leads and proactively engage in outbound sales activities. This includes monthly phone calls to reengage unconverted leads to create new opportunities and keep prospects in the pipeline.
Sales Strategy & Execution: Collaborate on and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed individual and team revenue targets.
Pipeline Management: Maintain a structured and healthy pipeline by tracking leads, managing sales stages, and ensuring timely follow-ups.
KPI Attainment: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual KPIs, including lead conversions, revenue targets, pipeline growth, and outbound engagement metrics.
Market Insights: Monitor market trends, competition, and customer needs to position Lemon.io strategically within the industry.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Marketing, Customer Success, Account management, and Developer Matching teams to align solutions with client needs.
Reporting & Analytics: Track key sales metrics, report progress, and analyze performance to refine strategies and tactics continuously.
Qualifications:
2+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in the tech or SaaS industry.
Proven success in closing deals and driving new business while maintaining high deal velocity.
Results-oriented and KPI-driven, with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Strong knowledge of sales processes, negotiation techniques, pipeline building (including phone outreach), and management.
The ability to adapt communication and sales tactics to meet the market’s needs, stay motivated, and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Fluent in English with excellent communication and relationship-building skills (all the company-wide communication is in English).
Flexibility to work with US-based clients (most clients are from NY & SF).
Experience with CRM systems and other sales tools (Ideally with Hubspot and Apollo).
