Link Builder/Brand Presence Specialist at SendPulse

SendPulse is looking for a Brand Presence Marketing Specialist to join our team. This is a newly created role driven by the expansion of our Marketing Department.

Responsibilities:

• Build SendPulse’s external presence by identifying relevant AI marketing automation, email & messenger marketing, and B2B SaaS platforms — and securing content placements (guest posts, reviews, listicles, comparison pages)
• Manage end-to-end outreach to editors, authors, bloggers, and partners: pitching, negotiation, securing placements
• Prepare concise, compelling product descriptions tailored to different formats and audiences (G2, Capterra, Reddit, niche blogs, AI-powered search tools)
• Monitor published content to verify links and brand mentions are live and correctly positioned; track outreach activities and report on placement results
• Optimize SendPulse’s visibility in AI-generated search responses (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini, etc) by ensuring accurate representation across third-party sources.

Tasks:

• Expanding the presence of our platform on top industry blogs and business blogs across different languages (Ukrainian, English, Portuguese, Spanish) by using AI-assisted workflows
• Ensuring always fresh and up to date information (including links) about platform functionality on top industry blogs and platforms
• Preparing accurate description of our platform for third-party blogs
• Crafting and maintaining effective outreach strategies
• Solving reputation management issues by communicating with authors, bloggers, influencers and top-tier industry platforms by ensuring accurate representation of the service

Requirements:

• You have experience in B2B SaaS
• You have Link Building / Outreach background with understanding of basic search engine optimization (SEO) principles and basic SEO metrics
• You have basic understanding of how AI platforms retrieve information for answering user prompts and familiar with fan-out queries and the difference between grounded / ungrounded answers
• You have experience with getting mentions/links on top-tier industry platforms by craftfully building communication with bloggers and influencers
• You have strong communication skills
• You actively integrate AI-assisted workflows in your routine and able to automate your everyday tasks and familiar with the concepts of MCP, Skills, Connectors, Agents, Tokens
• You have basic knowledge of internet architecture and have a good idea about how to set up a website (domain name, hosting, DNS, database etc)
• Strong English (upper-intermediate, advanced)

Tools:

• SEO Specific Tools: aHrefs, Google Analytics, Google Search Console
• General Tools: Claude, Claude Cowork (Skills, MCPs, Connectors, Plugins), Google Workspace
