DevOps Engineer at Kevych Solutions

Hello! At Kevych Solutions, we are passionate about delivering excellence in everything we do. As we continue to expand our projects, we are looking for a DevOps Engineer who has hands-on experience with cloud platforms and modern DevOps practices and is ready to take ownership of infrastructure-related tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Design, deploy, and maintain cloud infrastructure primarily on AWS;Manage and optimize containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes (or alternative orchestration tools);
• Build, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines to support reliable and fast delivery;
• Implement and manage Infrastructure as Code solutions;
• Monitor system performance, availability, and security, ensuring high reliability;
• Collaborate closely with developers and other engineers to support application lifecycle;
• Troubleshoot infrastructure and deployment issues;
• Contribute to improving DevOps processes, tools, and best practices.

Requirements:

• 1.5 + years of commercial experience as a DevOps Engineer;
• Strong knowledge of Linux (CLI, bash scripting, understanding of system processes);
• Hands-on experience with Docker (Dockerfiles, multi-stage builds, image optimization);
• Experience with container orchestration tools: Kubernetes or alternatives (EKS / GKE / AKS / ECS);
• Practical experience with AWS (experience with GCP or Azure is a plus);
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and/or GitHub Actions (GitHub Actions are preferred);
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools, with Terraform as a strong plus and CloudFormation or Ansible as alternatives;
• Solid understanding of core infrastructure and networking concepts, including DNS, load balancers, network policies, security groups, firewalls, and the difference between public and private networks;
• English level – Intermediate (B1) or higher.

Nice-to-have:

• Experience working with databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, ext.) at the operational level (not DBA);
• Basic understanding of Apache Kafka (brokers, topics, consumer groups);
• Basic knowledge of Python.
