International product B2B SaaS company – iDeals Solutions opens a new position of Accounts Receivable Specialist in its Kyiv office. iDeals has been delivering the best customer experience since 2008. As an Accounts Receivable Specialist you will be closely interacting with internal sales teams, external vendors and our international clients, urging them to pay and stay in positive business relationships in the same time. Occasionally handle escalations and seek best touchpoints to achieve the required result, and solve any related to payment clients’ issues.

YOUR EXPECTED OUTCOMES:
- Proactively contact customers for prompt collection across the globe
- Manage customer responses and requests
- Handle difficult clients’ cases
- Cooperate with sales team on receivables matters
- Resolve cases of aged receivables
- Work with external collectors and legal in the terms of troubled deb
YOUR COMPETENCY PROFILE:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated persistence in communication and achievement of results
- Strong interpersonal and team player attitude
- Ability to adapt well to changes and successfully set and adjust priorities as needed
- Advanced level of English
- Knowledge of second foreign language (French, German, Spanish, Portugal, Chinese) will a plus
- Attention to details
- Problem-solving skills
- Cultural awareness in a diverse and international environment
- Proactive and self-motivated approach
- 1+ years experience on similar position
