Qualifications
Software: Windows2012 server, Win10, MacOS — will be a plus;
Cloud: Microsoft Azure, Office365;
Services: RDP, AD;
Hardware: Intel-based desktops and laptops, Macbooks (not mandatory);
Networking: routers, switches and Wi-Fi, cabling systems;
Applications: Office2016.
Responsibilities
Daily local and remote users support;
Contractors and vendor coordination;
Printer troubleshooting;
Networking and internet support;
PBX and video surveillance maintenance;
Cloud and Office365 management and support;
Update management.
