Role Specific Knowledge, Experience and Skills
Minimum / essential
  • Experience of working in a team and effective communication with others
  • University degree
  • English at a minimum of B1 level
  • Fluent Ukrainian and Russian
  • Accuracy/attention to detail
  • Computing skills (MS Office, Excel)
Desirable
  • Working with customers via phone, face-to-face, email
  • Experience in using CRM systems
  • Understanding potential markets/customers
  • Customer Service Qualifications

Shortlisting will be done against required skills, experience and qualifications listed in the Role Profile.pdf. Successful candidates will be invited for an English language testing and interview.
