What is the Training Coordinator?
The training coordinator is an entry-level team-member who will be integral to ensuring that enablement initiatives are successful. This includes activities like: coordinating orientation sessions of up to 30 employees on a monthly basis, collecting feedback from participants, building and delivering reports to colleagues.
What is the Enablement Team at DataRobot?
Our core purpose is to create and deliver high impact enablement programs for various customer-facing functions. This includes live and virtual learning events, meetings, new hire onboarding programs.
You will join a global team with an exceptional and passionate working environment.
Your Mission Will Entail:
- Event planning, coordination, logistics.
- Supporting the current team members in various areas.
- Enablement asset creation and management.
- Supporting various educational programs.
- Administrating Learning Management System.
- Project management and Reporting.

- Fluent Business English.
- Excellent Communication Skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and self-management skills.
