Description
Learning&Development is a strategic support function which assists GlobalLogic in building workplaces with skilled and talented consultants who drive successful businesses.
Requirements
- Events coordination experience
- Administrative or teaching experience in the university
- Experience in HR and L&D related position would be a great plus
- Good presentation skills and efficient communication skills
- Multitasking and ability to meet deadlines
- Google documents and MS office
Responsibilities
- Coordinating calendar of universities events to be held in the company and at university premises (speakers, list of topics, logistics)
- Organizing the company’s participation in universities events – olympiads, hackathons, conferences
- Making presentations at the events
- Collecting PR materials for events
- Collecting registration and feedback from attendees and other stakeholders.
- Cooperation with other departments on university project
