Product manager (web) at JBW Soft

JBW Soft is happy to announce an opening for the position of Product Manager for a Web project.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year+ experience as Project/Product manager in web development(e-commerce), preferably in the launch of e-commerce projects and driving it to a profitable level in the US/EU markets
• Experience in markets and competitors research
• High analytical skills
• Experience and desire to make decisions
• Deep understanding of Internet marketing processes
• Strong English skills (fluent level)
• Experience with advertising is a must
• Knowledge of graphics editors (Photoshop or other)
• Experience with WordPress or other CMS
• Proficiency in writing of Technical Specifications
• Understanding the difference between managing front-end and back-end developers
• Experience in managing teams of programmers, designers, testers
• Experience in controlling remote employees is a benefit

Duties:

• Development of web products of the company (new and existing): сreating tasks and managing the work of front-end programmers, designers, testers
• Marketing of the product: cooperation with a marketing team (content writers, SMM manager, email-marketing manager, SEO specialists, etc.), ordering promos, advertisements, conducting email dispatches, A/B testing
• Deep research, analysis and benchmarking of the competitors with further implementation of best practices in the product of the company
• Improving brand awareness
• Collection/processing information about the product, measuring promotion and performance metrics
• Creating and maintaining comprehensive product reports
• Continuous development, support and implementation of the best practices of Internet marketing
• Take responsibility for the financial results of the product
