As a Project Manager, you will be reporting into directly to the CEO and working with our key stakeholders such as; customers, partners, executives, and a multi-functional team.
This role will provide you with working on a portfolio of projects, structuring the existing and developing the new ones.

• Project development management from beginning to end;
• Estimation of resources and participants needed to achieve project goals;
• Defining project scope, goals and deliverables that support project goals;
• Effectively communicating project expectations to team members;
• Developing full-scale project plans;
• Project timelines and milestones planning, scheduling and tracking;
• Proactively manage changes in project scope, identifying potential risks, and devising contingency plans;
• Providing a deep and detailed level of monitoring and transparency of the project.
• Reporting on the results to CEO.
• At least 2 years of successful project management experience;
• Project Management system usage experience is a must;
• Understanding of all aspects of the processes and strategy, including but not limited to information architecture, user experience, web design, content strategy, search, conversion optimization, analytics, and development;
• Managerial experience will be a plus;
• Experience in the education industry will be a strong plus;
• Product Management background will give more opportunities to grow inside the Project.
• Excellent project management skills and commitment to deadlines and processes;
• Strong, professional team player who can communicate, collaborate, energize, inspire and influence effectively with team/stakeholders at all levels of the organization;
• Easy going person ready to support/substitute his colleagues when necessary;
• Able to work under time pressure;
• Able to estimate the tasks, terms, and resources necessary for their accomplishment;
• Excellent oral & written communication and presentation skills;
• Pro-active, unwavering focus on continuous improvement, and willingness to roll up your sleeves to achieve results
• Attention to detail, responsible, and reliable;
• Customer service oriented attitude with the goal of exceeding customer expectations;
• Ability to proactively identify opportunities and quickly implement solutions.
• English language proficiency (upper-intermediate or higher)
• You will have the proven ability to motivate, influence, and manage people effectively and have the ability to develop and maintain excellent customer relations.
• You will have strong, well-rounded business knowledge with a focus on the customer or the desire to gain such knowledge.
• You will be creative, self-leading, solution-minded, stick to innovations person with developed IQ, empathy, teamwork.
