We are looking for a Key Account Manager focused on supporting the day-to-day operations of Uber Shuttle’s supply and ensuring high product reliability. This is a particularly challenging and rewarding role with huge opportunities to master communication and project management skills.
The Key Account Manager role is a unique opportunity to shape the future of Uber Shuttle across Ukraine. We’re looking for somebody who will not only own the fleet relationship but have an ambition to contribute towards constant improvement of the Shuttle product. This is a critical role within the organisation that has a potential to extend the level of responsibilities over time.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Manage day-to-day operations through collaboration with Uber fleet partners
Monitor key metrics and regularly provide performance summary to General Manager and other stakeholders
Offer solutions to contribute towards improving product reliability
Work closely with product team to improve customer experience
Collaborate with network operations team on service scheduling
Take ownership of ad-hoc marketplace operational projects
REQUIRED
Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Economics / Logistics / Operations Research or any other analytical field of studies)
1-2 years of experience in Account / Project management, Customer Support or other relevant field
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Advanced spoken and written English, mandatory Ukrainian proficiency
Attention to details and ability to handle routine tasks
Data-driven decision making
Startup “I work hard because I love it” mentality
Passion for improving the transportation landscape in Kyiv and beyond
PREFERED
Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets analytics
Experience working in a startup is a plus
Demonstrated willingness to learn new things beyond the scope of work
