Best Hostel of Ukraine is looking for General Manager!
For the last 4 years we have welcomed Guests from all over the world and we have collected the best DREAM team.

Mainduties:
Hire, train, motivate staff in order to build a great team
Organize monthly meetings
Keep in order finances, work with an Accountant
Control work of Head of Reception, Receptionists, Housekeepers, and Repairman
Working with Guests reviews and feedbacks in Hostel
Implement Standards in all spheres of Hostel business, work with the Central Office
Create new ideas and implement them in order to improve performance
Look for and sign contracts with different suppliers and partners that are needed for the business
Look for new sources of group bookings and work with large group requests
Increase income on all additional services provided
Keep the property in a good condition
Solve every problem that may occur in the Hostel and cannot be solved by a team
Requirements:
Excellent writing & speaking in English and local language
Management experience
Work experience at the hostel or hotel
Control skills
Leader
Responsible person
Proactive person
The great result:
Meeting the budgeted financial results
High rating on online booking portals
Working conditions:
Daily 8-hour shifts, from 9:00 to 18:00 (or from 10:00 to 19:00), decided by GM – as much needed for a great performance
5 days per week (maybe including Saturday or Sunday)
