Project Coordinator at Ufuture

UFuture, a diversified Ukrainian holding, is looking for a Project Coordinator with experience in an administrative or project manager role to work and report on various projects in the fields where UFuture has assets: real estate, infrastructure, industry, renewable energy, pharmaceuticals, IT and others.

Functional job description:

• task management and task tracking
• design, development and implementation of innovative task management tools and systems
• work with various companies and project teams on implementing project management tools and techniques, task tracking
• clearly track and promptly report on project status, including schedule, budget, resource allocation, risks and issues
• prepare weekly/monthly/quarterly status reports
• conduct regular check-ins, status meeting, sprints etc. with project teams
• evaluate project owners’ and task owners’ KPIs with available data
• do not let projects and tasks wither into the abyss

Required:

• previous work experience with project- and task-management tools (proficiency in Bitrix24 is preferable, also other tools such as Asana, Trello, Jira, Monday or others is a plus)
• methodological knowledge of project management tools, processes and approaches (scrum, agile, waterfall etc.)
• experience in business analysis is a plus
• proficiency in MS Office
