Business Operations Analyst at Multilogin

We are looking for an Operations Business Analyst who will enable and drive our knowledge and information flow across the organisation. This is a key role within the organisation who will define the content management strategy and lead the information architecture. It will play a crucial role in the identification and organisation of all tools used by all employees.

An ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment. It is self-managed and can work independently.

Some of the tasks you’ll do:

1. Analyse and define the scope of our current internal knowledge management process and tools
2. Maintain high quality, up-to-date, and easy to use procedure/process for our in-house knowledge base
3. Interfaces with stakeholders to identify, analyse and research business and user requirements
4. Evaluates business impact, track the usage and define efficiency of the knowledge base content.
5. Models best practices and knowledge sharing behaviours to ensure high quality data and tools in place
6. Works with stakeholders to enhance the use of tools, including configuration of such from scratch, at the same time optimising the number of tools used in the company and teams
7. Creates documentation including business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, feature descriptions, user guides, process flows, wireframes and presentations
8. Participates in development of knowledge tools and approaches, contributes to scoping, planning, designing, testing and delivery of the above
9. Contribute to our culture by mastering and evolving our internal knowledge and information flow

You will fit to Multilogin if you:

1. Have minimum 3-5 years of previous experience in Operations, Knowledge management or a Business Analyst
2. Are fluent in Git or similar (or willing to master it)
3. Are fluent in analytical thinking, structured analysis and problem solving
4. Have strong understanding of Knowledge Management and/or Business Analysis principles and processes
5. Are able to elicit requirements from both business and IT objectives and needs
6. Have excellent listening, written and oral communication skills; skillful facilitator
7. Have good collaboration and relationship‐building skills
8. Have good business process re‐engineering and project management skills
9. Native English speaker or similar
