Analyst M&A Buyside at Walther Transaction GmbH

We are looking for an Analyst M&A Buyside, who wants to contribute in our thrilling key account mandates for company acquisitions (Transatlantic and Europe).

Your Responsibilities:

• Active contribution in our thrilling key account mandates for company acquisitions (Transatlantic and Europe)
• Analysis of the target companies (market and competition, business model, finances) and their shareholders
• Organize results into thoughtful, meaningful, and coherent output, mostly in Excel and Powerpoint – from a company profile via market overview to a full scale Commerdial Due Diligence
• International approach and qualification of suitable targets in German and English
• Support during the negotiation phase up to the closing of the M&A contract

Your Experience level:

• Completed university degree (BA or MA), preferably in business administration and finance
• Strong analytical and numerical reasoning, able to think outside the box and keen to solve problems
• Proficient in major MS applications (Word, Excel, PPT) and the use of data bases
• Fluent in English (min. C1-level) and German (min. C1-level)
• Team orientation and very high communication skills
