This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has previously gained work experience in an advertising or social media agency within the creative or strategy department. We are looking for a proactive individual, who is quick to pick up trends and has an understanding of the fast changing visual environment and insights on TikTok.
This is a key role within the Creative Partnerships Team at TikTok. The Creative Consulting Partner is responsible for creative strategy consulting including the elaboration of key creative insights for (mid-market) brands, educating key clients, media and creative agencies and generate new business through proactive creative strategy concept development. The role will focus on the DACH & NL market.
Responsibilities:
– You’ll work within the Creative Partnerships Team to support with education and creative strategy for (mid-market) brands, media and creative agencies. You will be the key contact person for small and midsized creative strategy consulting projects.
– You’ll run client, media and creative agency workshops and meetings as well as pitch presentations.
– You’ll have the responsibility to stay up to date on the newest vertical trends (and products) on TikTok to help generate trend reports for different vertical clients and internal use.
– You’ll foster a key relationship with the (Media) Agency Partners and Brand Partners to proactively spot new business opportunities and help with the pitch process.
– You’ll also work closely with the Creative Production Partner and Creative Organic Partner to work on creative brand strategies including client consulting, insight development, content review and adjustments, mock-ups and light editing.
– You’ll develop new ways of scaling education and generate key learning from campaign data to raise the performance of upcoming brand campaigns.
– You’ll also work and align closely with our TikTok Creative Lab and the internal Design Team, who are responsible for the creative campaign development, our CI, and design leadership.
Qualifications
– 8+ years of Creative Concept and/or Creative Strategist within a Creative or Social Media Agency.
– Able to build easy mock-ups and illustrate strategic concepts with Adobe Creative Suit and light content editing skills.
– Have the ability to collaborate, work cross-functionally and communicate effectively across multiple business functions.
– Strong understanding of digital platforms, the digital advertising industry and of content production as well as influencer/creator trends.
– Proactive attitude with new business spirit, eager to learn, organizational and prioritization skills.
– Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to effectively translate technical language to non-technical stakeholders.
– Experience and confidence in pitch presentations to key stakeholders and natural in leading client workshops.
– Native German speaking and fluent in English.
