Responsibilities

We are currently looking for a highly skilled and motivated agency focussed Client Solutions Manager to help scale our growing advertising business. The Agency CSM is a key member of the Client Solutions Team, working with sales, product, and other business partners to analyse and increase the agency’s spend on TikTok, in support of their marketing initiatives. You will empower agencies to use the platform by consulting on how to leverage TikTok’s proprietary data, measurement, and technology to deliver meaningful business outcomes for advertisers. You will do this by educating, training, and consulting your agency partners through every step of the media planning and buying cycle. You will drive platform innovation by collecting detailed feedback from external partners and sharing it with internal TikTok teams. Advertising agencies and the social media landscape are evolving rapidly – the ability to thrive in this exciting and fluid environment will be critical to the success of this role.

Responsibilities:

– Develop and execute a customer-led growth strategy for use of the TikTok’s Advertising Platform

– Own relationships with media decision-makers in media agencies, from the trading teams through strategy to the C-level

– Deeply understand TikTok’s core value proposition in order to effectively articulate that value to our agencies and clients.

– Conduct live demonstrations of the TikTok Ad Platform

– Listen intently to client feedback on business alignment and usability of the TikTok Auction Platform, organize and share that feedback with the product, and collaborate with Product Team to drive scalable changes through to completion.

– Help develop media plans across various clients working closely with the vertical team to help drive spend across the platform.

– Increase spend & product adoption across the agency, by liaising with the trading team to activate budgets across the various offerings.

– Conduct training sessions across the agency to help increase the product offering.

– Be the go-to person across auction for the agency to facilitate the activations between the agency and our vertical team.

– Cooperate with other Teams in joint projects with agencies (eg. research projects)

Qualifications

– Experience building new customer relationships.

– Proven experience delivering results in a sales or partnership development role at a digital media or advertising technology company.

– Able to effectively and confidently communicate with VP & C-level agency and client contacts.

– Deep understanding of advertising agencies

– Strong analytical abilities and confidence in the use of the data

– Excellent written and verbal communication skills

– Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

– Existing relationships with advertising agency decision-makers (desirable, not a must)
