As we continue to grow we’re looking for our first Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR). This is an amazing opportunity for a professional with an exceptional academic profile to join the business on a permanent basis working closely with & learning from our executive team.
If you’re truly ambitious, hard-working, and are able to be strategic, operationally effective & administratively perfect then this could be the role to accelerate your career.
Responsibilities:
- Work as core support to the executive team
- Support the C-Suite with key projects and tasks
- Lead on the agenda, structure, and follow-ups of quarterly strategy sessions
- Co-ordinate a regular flow of information, including project updates across the executive team
- Support and/or deputize for the leadership team administratively or operationally
- Lead on key internal projects & presentations – internally & externally
- Learn, Learn & Learn!
- We envisage our EIR will move internally into a senior role within 24 months.

REQUIREMENTS
- You have a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier European university with outstanding results
- Analytical mindset, exceptional attention to detail and a desire to learn
- Solution-oriented mindset
- Completely Trustworthy
- The ability to travel & to be available across multiple time zones when required
- Affinity with our Mission and Values
- Experience of developing content for Scholarly Societies, Life Sciences or Academic Institutions would be advantageous
- Minimum of 2-3 years work experience preferably in a startup environment
- You have an entrepreneurial spirit and a hands-on mentality to drive our business success
- Fluent in English (advantages if fluent in German too)
