What will our Sales manager be responsible for?
– Working with the Sales team to develop and execute sales strategies and tactics;
– Working with existing clients and with incoming warm leads from marketing campaigns;
– Working with the outbound leads provided by marketing;
– Making demos of the service to potential customers;
– Upselling related products of the company;
– Working with CRM;
– Interacting with the marketing, support, and finance departments on a weekly basis.
Be ready for the first two months of work to additionally perform the role of Turkish speaking support manager, while the Turkish help desk is being formed (English requests are currently processed by the English desk):
– Handle incoming requests (intercom);
– Help the client in the chat and, if necessary, consult;
– Enter up-to-date information in CRM, and record requests.
What knowledge and experience is needed?
– At least 1 year of experience in telephone sales (related SaaS sales experience is a plus);
– Fluent in Turkish, Ukrainian, can be Russian
– Good English skills will be a plus
* *You will work with clients in the Turkish language, but Ukrainian and English are required for internal communication with the team, who are based in Ukraine;
– B2B B2C, close deal from 2 weeks;
– A proven track record of meeting and achieving sales targets.
