Location: Ukraine (excluding temporarily occupied territories and areas of active hostilities) The term of the contract of the announced vacancy: August-October 2022 / daily rate Subordination: To the Leader (Leader) of the project team / Operational Leader (s)
The role:
Collecting structured data and conducting short exploratory interviews (online and offline) under the guidance and support of the team. Application of corporate IT tools (mobile applications and computer versions) for conducting interviews, storing, and transferring data.
Main duties:
Attend and complete a preparatory training session (to be organized by the team) in order to gain knowledge about the principles, structure and expected results of the project.
Conduct 50-60 short structured interviews with selected groups of respondents.
Conduct focus group discussions (FGDs) as needed.
Follow corporate guidelines for interview process and structure.
Prepare and properly submit all supporting documents in online or paper form (completed interview form and data processing consent form).
Skills and experience:
Higher education (completed or in the process of acquisition).
Previous experience conducting research would be an advantage.
Ability to work with a computer, in particular MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
A high level of command of the Ukrainian language is mandatory.
Knowledge of English and Russian will be an advantage.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
High level of self-organization.
