Vessel Export Execution Manager at Allseeds

Allseeds, one of the largest manufacturers and exporters of vegetable oils and meals in Ukraine, a reliable and highly professional partner in the agricultural markets is looking for candidates for the position of Vessel Export Execution Manager

Functional responsibilities:

• Execution of commodity contracts for vegoils/meals/grains supplied by vessels/containers.
• Full-cycle vessel management: from receiving the nomination to the release of the ship from the port of loading (including preparation of documents, Certificates of Origin, Veterinary Certificate, Letters of Credit, demurrage, etc.).
• Contracts management (FOB/CIF).
• Registration of documents, control over the availability of originals/copies, keeping records/contracts/powers of attorney in internal databases, including 1C.
• Close cooperation with clients, banks, freight brokers, agents, port/terminal authorities, laboratories, and surveyors.

Our expectations:

• Minimum 3 years of work experience in the same area in an international company.
• Master’s Degree in International Economics or a similar one.
• Fluency in English.
• Knowledge of logistics operations, their organization in sea transportation, delivery conditions, storage, and transportation of vegoils/grain cargo.
• A GAFTA, FOSFA – is a must
• Incoterms, UCP 600, and Charter Parties course certificates will be to your advantage.
• Confident PC user Microsoft Office (Excel), 1C8/1CBit/ERP.
• High level of responsibility and self-organization.
• Able to work in a team and independently.
• Organizational skills.
• Accountability, flexibility, hardworking.
