We are looking for a Junior Education Specialist to proactively arrange, manage, and supervise the teacher time and ensure flawless experience for clients and teachers alike. It is important for us that you fulfill OKRs to ensure that all our critical-for-the-business supply operations are run faultlessly. We expect you to be an energetic and attentive specialist for our supply department.

Must-have requirements:
– English level: uppermediate+ (preferable without accent);
– Good Google Sheets skills;
– Great organizational and planning skills;
– Critical thinking;
– Multitasking ability;
– Experience with routine job;
– Good communication skills.
Would be a plus:
– Background in education / EdTech;
– Teacher position experience;
– Customer support experience / experience of working with CRM.
Your responsibilities:
– Supervising teachers team and reacting to teachers misconduct;
– Doing daily assign of demo lessons to demo teachers by considering client bookings and teachers’ availability;
– Monitoring teachers’ metrics;
– Doing daily operations with paid clients, such as assigning and rescheduling;
– Resolving issues for clients and teachers;
– Reminding clients of upcoming lessons;
– Identifying areas for optimization and improvement.
