To coordinate and control a full range of business support services for a specific professional area of work, to ensure that services are delivered effectively.
Education: Completion of University Degree (Bachelor’s or equivalent) in Finance; Administration; Business Administration or other relevant field. A post-secondary certificate in the related functional area is highly desired.
Experience: 6 years of progressively responsible work experience in the relative business stream with experience in general administrative work.
Knowledge & Skills:
Languages: Native fluency in written and oral Ukrainian. Strong knowledge of English in written and oral communications (essential).
1. Prepare and/or consolidate comprehensive reports, documentation, correspondence, briefing notes, etc. and conduct research in the area of work.
2. Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments.
3. Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos and forms.
4. File and update contact information of employees, customers, suppliers and external partners.
5. Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports.
6. Develop and maintain a filing system.
7. Assist office management in planning, monitoring and reconciling budget(s) to ensure that planned financial resources are used effectively.
8. Assess and recommend improvements to procedures and practices, to contribute to the effective delivery of business support services
9. Provide the office management with dedicated executive assistant support.
10. Controlled and monitored attendance and absenteeism records.
11. Follow up with HR office all contractual status for national staff.
12. Any other related tasks.
