Waveup is a global consulting company with a focus on the venture capital market. We provide a wide range of services, from fundraising support (financial modeling, pitch decks, investment memorandums) to business strategy development (market entry and growth strategies, M&A opps scouting, etc.).
We are looking for a responsible person who will help the CEO with day-to-day tasks
🖥️ What you’ll do:
- Management of payments / invoices
- Organization of meetings, flights, reservations
- Communication with clients, contractors, and team members
- Solving administrative tasks
- Confidential tasks (letters, gifts, etc.)
- Solving other routine and urgent problems

- High level of English (Upper-Intermediate+)
- High level of personal responsibility
- Independence in performing even complex tasks
- Critical thinking
