We are looking for:

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to empathize;
• Understanding of IT market and basic knowledge of technologies/tools/approaches;
• Intermediate English level;

As a plus:

• Willingness to understand how technology works ‘under the hood’ and willingness to take our basic courses (HTML/CSS, JS, SQL, Java, etc.)

Your tasks will be:

• Cooperation with trainers and mentors regarding the effective teaching process and control of students’ work during study (attending classes, completing homework etc)
• Creating a competitive resume and cover letter for each student in the end of the course
• Complete HR training, assistance in employment and support of the student in the job search process (control of resume submission for vacancies, recommendations on the interview process)
• Understanding and monitoring the IT market in general
• Communication with students and help in solving their problems
• Work with CRM-system
