Ukraine Re-envisioning Excellence and Accessibility in Clinic-based HIV Services (REACH 95) Multiple Positions | Kyiv, Ukraine | 2023
Chemonics seeks multiple positions for USAID’s anticipated “Re-envisioning Excellence and Accessibility in Clinic-based HIV Services” (REACH 95) project. The purpose of this project is to accelerate Ukraine’s efforts to achieve HIV epidemic control by 2030 by improving equitable access to high-quality HIV service delivery at public health facilities through optimize case-finding, linkage to prevention and care, and support for decentralized treatment services. The program’s three objectives include 1) strengthen the modality mix and implementation of HIV testing services for optimized case-finding and improved linkage to prevention and treatment services in public health facilities, 2) expand quality, person-centered approaches to HIV service delivery and reduce health care provider stigma and discrimination toward PLHIV, and 3) develop health care facility capacity to provide the full range of HIV services at the primary care level. We are looking for individuals who have a passion for making a difference in the lives of people around the world.

Descriptions for each position are below. All positions will be based in Ukraine.
Finance and Operations Director
The Finance and Operations Director reports directly to the Chief of Party and will provide financial and operational oversight and management of the REACH 95 budget, project costs, local office operations, and project staff support. They will establish and maintain the activity’s budget, financial management, and tracking systems to ensure compliance with USAID, PEPFAR, and Chemonics.
M&E Director
The M&E Director reports directly to the Chief of Party and will provide oversight and support in the areas of performance monitoring and evaluation. They will provide regular input into the project activity tracker system to ensure that all project M&E activities run smoothly and are well-coordinated across technical and finance/administrative teams.
HSS/HIV Services Integration Team Lead
The HSS/HIV Services Integration Team Lead reports directly to the Deputy Chief of Party and will provide oversight and support to ensure the activity meets the stated HSS and HIV goals, quality standards, and reporting requirements. They will be responsible for the technical oversight of HSS and HIV activities and will ensure compliance across all implementing health partners.
