Deloitte is seeking resumes for qualified candidates to serve as eHealth Education Stream Manager in support of the USAID Health Reform Support project. The position is full-time and will be based in Ukraine.
Period of Performance: ASAP – September 30, 2023 (with the possibility of extension)

Project Description
The purpose of the USAID Health Reform Support (HRS) project is to support a transparent, accountable, and effective health care system that is capable of meeting the health needs of the Ukrainian people. Advancing health sector reforms, enhancing transparency, and tackling corruption will reduce out-of-pocket payments and improve access and availability of high quality, evidence-based health care services for Ukrainians. Elimination of corruption is a cross-cutting theme across all objectives to be achieved by this activity, which include:
- Improve health sector governance.
- Support the transformation of the healthcare financing model.
- Strengthen the health workforce.
- Enhance transparency, accountability, and responsiveness of the health care system.
- Improve service delivery system at all levels.
Background/Objective
The eHealth Education Stream Manager will support the eHealth Education Stream Lead to ensure the successful development, implementation, and evaluation of digital health educational programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and coordinate digital health educational activities
- Collaborate with governmental stakeholders and market participants to ensure that educational programs align with the eHealth ecosystem needs
- Coordinate educational events and activities, including scheduling, logistics, and promotion
- Coordinate the planning, tracking, approval, and deployments of all project technical advisors, subcontracts and guarantees
- Assist in the preparation of presentations
- Provide proofreading and formatting support for the deliverables
- Prepare project reports and status updates
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in education program management or related field
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of the Health Care System Reform in Ukraine will be considered as an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, using diplomatic and tactful language, even in stressful, time-sensitive situations
- Fluency in English and Ukrainian
