Deloitte is seeking resumes for qualified candidates to serve as eHealth Education Stream Manager in support of the USAID Health Reform Support project. The position is full-time and will be based in Ukraine.

Period of Performance: ASAP – September 30, 2023 (with the possibility of extension)

Level of Effort: full-time

Project Description

The purpose of the USAID Health Reform Support (HRS) project is to support a transparent, accountable, and effective health care system that is capable of meeting the health needs of the Ukrainian people. Advancing health sector reforms, enhancing transparency, and tackling corruption will reduce out-of-pocket payments and improve access and availability of high quality, evidence-based health care services for Ukrainians. Elimination of corruption is a cross-cutting theme across all objectives to be achieved by this activity, which include:

  1. Improve health sector governance.
  2. Support the transformation of the healthcare financing model.
  3. Strengthen the health workforce.
  4. Enhance transparency, accountability, and responsiveness of the health care system.
  5. Improve service delivery system at all levels.

Background/Objective

The eHealth Education Stream Manager will support the eHealth Education Stream Lead to ensure the successful development, implementation, and evaluation of digital health educational programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and coordinate digital health educational activities
  • Collaborate with governmental stakeholders and market participants to ensure that educational programs align with the eHealth ecosystem needs
  • Coordinate educational events and activities, including scheduling, logistics, and promotion
  • Coordinate the planning, tracking, approval, and deployments of all project technical advisors, subcontracts and guarantees
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations
  • Provide proofreading and formatting support for the deliverables
  • Prepare project reports and status updates

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or higher)
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in education program management or related field
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Knowledge of the Health Care System Reform in Ukraine will be considered as an advantage
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, using diplomatic and tactful language, even in stressful, time-sensitive situations
  • Fluency in English and Ukrainian
