Mate academy — EdTech startup training people to code and get their first job in tech. Students are trained for free until they get a job in tech. After getting the job they pay a percentage of their salary (Income share agreement). 2700+ students placed with an 85% success rate🤘

As a Head of full-time education, your main goal will be to help the company grow and place more than 1000 students per year in Ukraine.

What you`ll be responsible for:

• Owning full-time education and student placement processes;
• Leading, managing, and hiring coordinators team;
• Owning team OKRs, and driving the team to achieve ambitious goals;
• Implementing improvements in educational processes;
• Using a data-driven approach in finding, testing, and launching new strategies for effective student placement;
• Documenting educational and employment processes.

What we are looking for:

• Proven experience in managing educational processes in product companies (EdTech experience is a bonus);
• Proven experience in scaling teams;
• The ability to build processes and test ideas at a rapid pace;
• Great analytical skills and data-driven approach;
• Empathy to people and the desire to help them;
• English at least Upper-Intermediate;
• Getting things done attitude.
