Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs is a cross-border exchange programme that gives new or aspiring entrepreneurs the chance to learn from experienced entrepreneurs running small businesses in other European countries.
What will you do:
- Work on a variety of international projects, including but not limited to Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs, a cross-border exchange program that gives new or aspiring entrepreneurs the opportunity to learn from experienced entrepreneurs running small businesses in other European countries.
- Work closely with potential participants to ensure timely and successful processing of the application.
- Assist with the preparation of the documents (business plan, CV) necessary for the application.
- Provide follow-up services to increase the program’s impact: Support of participants throughout the exchange process (relationship building and arranging details of the exchange, preparation of a financial agreement, and collection of proof of attendance from participants).
- Provide sound management of grant agreements, commitments, and timely distribution of financial assistance.
- reporting on the results of the project and deliverables preparation
What do we expect:
- Excellent organizational, communication and problem-solving skills, and proactivity.
- Ability to work effectively with participants and assist them with project-related questions.
- Good spoken and written UA and ENG languages.
- Willingness to work with people is a must.
- Experience in working on coordination projects in student organizations will be a plus.
