We looking for a Graphic Designer for Fedoriv Brand who can whip up visually compelling and engaging designs for various mediums. If you can ensure our designs effectively communicate our messages and resonate with our target audiences, then let’s create together!
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the our team to understand our objectives and develop design concepts that align with marketing strategies
Craft visually compelling and engaging designs for print collateral, digital assets, social media graphics, website designs, and more.
Maintain brand consistency and visual identities across various marketing channels and platforms in collaboration with the Content Manager, Brand Coordinator, and SMM Manager.
Present design concepts to our executives, incorporating feedback and making revisions as necessary
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that deliverables are completed on time and meet quality standards
Stay updated on industry trends and design best practices, incorporating new techniques and tools into design processes
Hard Skills:
2+ years of relevant experience in design, with a portfolio of brand-building projects
Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Readymag, Figma, C4D, Keynote and other relevant tools
Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition to create visually appealing and effective designs
Experience in creating a wide range of design deliverables, including print collateral, digital assets, social media graphics, website designs, and more
Knowledge of industry-standard design and production processes, including print production, file preparation, and asset optimization
Understanding of branding and ability to maintain consistent visual identities across various platforms and channels
Soft Skills:
Strong creative mindset and ability to interpret and translate briefs and strategies into impactful design solutions
Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively articulate design concepts and rationale to executives and creative teams
Collaborative mindset and ability to work closely with creative teams to ensure cohesive and integrated campaign execution
Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining design quality and consistency throughout projects
Adaptability and openness to receiving feedback and incorporating changes
Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing project requirements
Ability to stay updated on industry trends, emerging design techniques, and new tools to drive continuous improvement and innovation
