We are looking for one more cool person to join our Campaign Management Team. You’ll be responsible for running referral campaigns for our customers such as Cult Beauty, TOMS, Stadium Goods, American Eagle, Tarte Cosmetics, Intel etc., and will communicate with them on a daily basis.

Responsibilities:
You will create marketing strategies for Talkable clients together with our US Customer Success Team.
You will own the execution and optimization of referral marketing campaigns.
You will combine data analysis and client feedback to configure, operate, and optimize campaigns to meet client objectives.
You will also provide valuable feedback to clients about campaign performance and optimization.
You will communicate and collaborate with internal teams to help define features to improve Talkable platform.
Our main requirements:
Upper-Intermediate English (written and spoken).
1-3 years of experience in the Account Management role or any other role within the Customer Success.
Excellent client-orientation and analytical skills.
Masterful ability to deal with a large number of tasks at a time.
Ability to work at late hours (Kyiv time):
– Mon, Fri: from 1 pm to 10 pm
– Tue, Wed, Thu: from 3 pm till 12 am.
