Tasks for superstars:

1. Communication with TOP people from your domain (world-known speakers, huge brands, great teams): involvement in the creation of worldwide events, process moderation, support for community members after events;
2. Cooperation with our researchers-analytics, marketing managers, SMM-managers: providing internal support of data, contacts, materials, promo, and platform preparation.
3. Event project management in your community (dedicated to programing language/framework/technology) based on the successful algorithm: influencing on content and it’s realization;

We invite candidates, who:

• Has a work experience in IT area;
• communicate easily and able to manage mood, face, voice, and energy;
• open-minded vision and creativity;
• 80th level of time- and self-management: be on time, follow deadlines, creativity, and responsibility.

First tasks:

1. To understand the main workflow (support from experienced team lead is guaranteed);
2. To hold your first independent communication with speakers, program committee members, community partners, and sponsors;
3. To start the preparation of your summit!

To hold the first tasks successfully we need you to:

• be fluent English speaker;
• be able to communicate beautifully, easily, and constructively;
• present yourself, company, ideas, and future results;
• work with task managers, be able to prioritize and be responsible.

+ will be an advantage:

• event organization experience will facilitate the ability to feel a common vibe;
• experience as Sales/Customer support in IT/ital Marketing.
