Content producer at LABA

Online education is one of the fastest growing markets. Now it is a blue ocean, in which no one really knows how to swim. But in 10 years the majority of students will receive new skills online only.

We entered Ukrainian market more than 5 years ago. Since then, students from more than 40+ countries have taken our courses. We trained employees of Google, Vodafone, Pepsi and other top companies. We have already become leaders in Ukraine. Next is the whole world and English-speaking market as a priority.

The number of our educational products is steadily growing and we are planning to launch a new educational platform with both business and creative courses for English-speaking marketing. So are we are looking for a Content producer. 

You are a right fit for this position, if:

• want to work in the field of online education and influence the learning process
• research quickly, deeply and on any topic
• you know how (at least – you are not afraid) to manage several projects at the same time
• you want to dive deep into business and creative fields
• think critically and structurally
• can explain complex things in simple language
• transforms precise knowledge and tasks into a single system
• managing a lot of diverse tasks without harming nerves and results

What does our curator do?

* develop a course program brief
* check the final syllabus
* run 2 test webinars with the instructor
* Inform the instructor about all aspects of education (how to use LMS, Facebook group, deadlines, assignments)
* create educational content (tests, checklists, cases, home assignment)
* find additional content (articles, podcasts, videos, books etc.)
* check LMS (deadlines, home assignments, videos of the lectures)
* be in charge for the slides design and development
* analyze students’ feedback and discuss it with the instructor
* update the course

We offer:

• Salary: 12000 – 18000 UAH +
• Flexible schedule from 12am to 8 pm, few days a month you can work remotely
• Education:  – all courses produced in LABA are free for our team; – compensation for external training and master-classes including English classes
• Benefits: – each week lottery with free tickets to the cinema, theater, lunch with a colleague, massage, etc.;  – after six-month working we cover half of your payment for gym, swimming pool or yoga membership;  – after one-year working we compensate the purchase of a laptop
