Competera uses Big Data and Deep Learning to change the way retailers do pricing. We are known for both cutting-edge math ‘under the hood’ and for deep expertise in the pricing domain. We are now looking for a Customer Support Manager to change the way we support the customers’ everyday needs.

What you will do:
  • Manage incoming customer inquiries
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues within defined SLAs
  • Seek for the best solution to address customer needs
  • Provide forehanded interactions between customers and different departments at Competera
  • Operate with Jira Service Desk, Intercom, Jenkins
  • Educate customers about Competera product
  • Support the Knowledge Base
Starter-kit needed to join the board:
  • 1 + year of Customer Service experience
  • Advanced English (written and spoken) is a must
  • Conflict management skills and maintain a professional composure
  • Strong desire to be part of a team achieving personal and company goals
  • Readiness to shift schedule (no night shifts)
Pleasant extras:
  • Experience with Jira, Intercom, Jenkins
  • Basic SQL knowledge
