Digital Assistant at Humans&Robots

The official title for this role is Digital Assistant, meaning you will handle a number of digital tasks for our US and Western Europe-based clients!

Requirements:

🇬🇧 We are looking for 4−5 extremely talented and hardworking Digital Assistants with very strong fluency in the English language.
🗂 You must be able to think and process information quickly and demonstrate great work effort.
📚 Must have a higher education degree and be able to demonstrate the ability to learn quickly.
🖥 Must be versed in general online media (email, social media, etc)
📈 Must be extremely hard-working, dedicated and organized!

Working conditions:

Must be able to work full time in Kyiv.

Duties:

Be prepared to speak a lot of English and to handle a variety of day-to-day work for senior management. These includes

• A variety of online work (database building, etc)
• Digital Marketing Tasks (email, social media)
• Schedule management
• Communicating with senior management
• Include the word maven somewhere in your response (for added consideration)
• Online marketing & research tasks
• A variety of other tasks (involving digital media and high-level organization/attention to detail)
