Educational Community Manager at Beetroot Academy

What we’re looking for:

— 2+ years of experience in adult education as a coach, trainer, teacher, or another role with a strong focus on helping others grow 

— Strong social skills and a natural talent for connecting with people

— Experience in copywriting

— Experience in creating presentations 

— Experience in online educational instruments use

— Excellent writing skills 

— Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

— Native Ukrainian and Russian language skills

— Good English language proficiency

Will be a plus:

— Experience in PR or event management

— Ability to analyze and systemize Teaching/Learning Materials

— Ability to develop and proceed methodological documents

— Degree in Philology

— Understanding of the Ukrainian and global IT education market

Responsibilities:

— Planning and organizing educational and team building events and activities for teachers (online and offline)

— Preparing mailing lists for teachers

— Developing and maintaining chats of teachers (Telegram and similar applications)

— Information sharing with groups of teachers

— Teacher’s brand forming (social networks promotion, e.g. LinkedIn)

— Collecting and analyzing teachers’ stories (cooperation with Marketing team)

— Maintaining knowledge-sharing base for teachers
