Growth Project Manager at Uber Shuttle

As a Growth Project Manager for Uber Shuttle you’ll be responsible both for growing the product’s customer base and for increasing their frequency of usage. Apart from B2C projects, you will also co-own B2B projects together with the Uber for Business team. You will work cross-functionally and collaborate with teams in EMEA and LATAM regions. Most importantly you’ll be able to make a real difference to how people commute in Ukraine.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Clearly communicate the value of Uber Shuttle to prospect users as well as business partners through various channels
• Develop and execute rider growth activations 
• Fuel decision on new route launches and route updates, as well as manage promotion of the changes to users
• Support content production across touchpoints (email, social media, online and offline marketing)
• Support localization for global HCV projects to Ukrainian market
• Manage a pipeline of B2B partners
• Work cross-functionally and manage event/media/content-production agencies

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

•  2+ years of experience in project management/operations/marketing
•  Data-driven decision making
•  Proven copywriting skills
•  Demonstrated success in managing projects
•  Startup “I work hard because I love it” approach
•  Bachelor’s degree required
•  Advanced spoken and written English, mandatory Ukrainian proficiency
