Requirements:

• Skilled Ads, Facebook PPC specialist for western markets with a proven track record of success
• Knowledge of how to scale and optimize campaigns with a stable cost per conversion, test hypotheses, find the core of the target audience
• Experience with ads, double click will be a plus
• Experience with Facebook pixel and custom conversion
• Experience with multiple platforms (e.g. Snapchat, Quora, Reddit, Twitter, LinkedIn) is preferred
• Basic understanding of UX and what makes it outstanding
• Experience in data analysis and reporting
• Working knowledge of Google Analytics and Facebook Analytics
• Experience in launching campaigns in difficult and highly competitive niches
• Intermediate level in written and verbal English
• Good communication and people integration skills
• Hardworking, creative, and willing to learn

Responsibilities:

• Monitor budget and adjust bids to gain better ROI on a daily basis
• Research and analyze competitors’ activities
• Researching the latest SEM practices and trends
• Participate in the development of effective paid strategies
• Launch and optimize various PPC campaigns, lead generation campaigns
• Monitor budget and adjust bids to gain better ROI
• Track KPIs to assess performance and pinpoint issues
• Produce reports for management (e.g. dashboards)
