Sleeper invites Personal Assistant to our lovely CEO/Co-founder  – Kate Zubarieva to take care of both working and personal activities.

About you

• Experience working as CEO/C-level Manager Assistant 2+ years
• Upper-intermediate or above level of written and spoken English
• Negotiations experience as well as great communication skills
• Experience in travel organization and assistance
• Experience/readiness to create web-sites at web-site builders like Wix
• Skills in presentations creation, composing technical tasks for providers
• Resilience, assertiveness, persistence in getting things done, attentiveness 
• Ability to suggest several solutions for complex problems, ability to prioritize own tasks
• Positive attitude to life, sense of humor

What will you do

Assistance with personal tasks:

• Arranging all travel (itinerary, accommodation, etc), transfers – local and abroad
• Managing CEO’s calendar (arranging meetings, events attendance, timely reminders, quick schedule reshuffling if needed, follow-ups)
• Ordering/buying food, managing delivery, solving different everyday issues

Assistance with working tasks:

• Arranging different kinds of consulting requests, business correspondence
• Ordering and arranging different kind of shipments over UA and from abroad, registration of buyers orders
• Web-site/landing pages creation based on web-site builders (like Wix), as well as composing and providing tech tasks to designers and copywriter
