In the Customer Care Department, we are ready to take people without experience and train them according to a specially developed program. Candidates who want to become Customer Care Specialists need a desire to develop in this sphere, a willingness to learn new things, and good English to communicate with customers.
Those who become a member of the Customer Care Team will undergo an intensive onboarding program. They will learn the technical part of their work, the tools they will work with, and improve their communication skills. The first training lasts two weeks. However, Customer Care Specialists can ask questions to a special manager (if necessary) at any time. They also have other training from time to time, etc.
