"I got an education in Ukraine and France. The Mazars company attracted me with the opportunity to maintain the French language and get my first work experience.
Starting as an office manager, I eventually created and took over the management of the support functions department, which covers the areas of administration, IT, marketing, finance, and HR. Being more interested in HR, I completed a 3-month internship at the company's headquarters in Paris. This is how I started developing HR in Ukraine and then coordinating HR leaders in Central and Eastern Europe.
