About the company:
Veramed is a contract research organization (CRO) in the pharmaceutical industry focused on providing high-quality statistical data and programming for reporting phase I-IV clinical trials in various therapeutic areas. Veramed Ukraine is a resident of Diya City.
Administration and Events Assistant will play a crucial role in improving and maintaining the company’s working environment both in-office and online. The ideal candidate will be in charge of planning, organizing, and executing events, activities, and programs that boost employee engagement, promote a positive company culture, and foster an environment conducive to productivity and staff satisfaction.
This role will involve a lot of communicating across the business and people skills, liaising with candidates and staff on a daily basis. The ideal candidate will be organised, personable, conscientious, have a great attention to detail and be able to manage a number of diverse tasks efficiently. You will be someone who enjoys a varied role with process driven administrative tasks as well as getting to know people and hosting events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and execute various engagement initiatives and events, both virtual and in-person, to foster a sense of community and improve employee morale and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure all planned events and activities are well-coordinated, meet the company’s standards, and align with our overall corporate culture.
- Supporting with office administration tasks as necessary to ensure smooth operations and provide support to all staff members, like answering phones and management of supplies ordering.
- Implement strategies to enhance team cohesion, collaboration, and communication.
- Gather and analyze feedback from employees to assess the effectiveness of our engagement initiatives, using this information to continuously improve our strategies.
- Foster an inclusive work environment where everyone feels valued and heard.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize in a changing environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong ability to build relationships at all levels of the company.
- Innovative thinker, with a track record for translating strategic thinking into action plans and output.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
