We are looking for an experienced VoIP Technical Lead proficient in Asterisk and Kamailio, with a solid understanding of competing VoIP technologies. You will be responsible for spearheading our VoIP initiatives and guiding a team towards robust and scalable telephony solutions.

Ringostat is a call tracking, telephony, and end-to-end analytics platform. It helps to optimize marketing considering ROI, also to build effective communication with customers, and to boost sales. Ringostat is used worldwide. Customers from 33 countries already trust us: OLX, Peugeot, Bosch, SONY, Jooble, and AJAX Systems.

Desired Skills:

  • Expertise in Asterisk, Kamailio, and alternative VoIP systems (e.g., FreeSWITCH, OpenSIPS).
  • Comprehensive knowledge of VoIP standards and protocols (SIP, SDP, RTP/RTCP, WebRTC, STUN).
  • Familiarity with VoIP network architecture and security practices.
  • Experience with cloud-based VoIP solutions and IaaS (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.

We expect:

  • Architect and refine our VoIP infrastructure using Asterisk and Kamailio.
  • Evaluate and integrate alternative VoIP technologies as needed.
  • Lead a team of engineers, fostering technical growth and innovation.
  • Conduct performance tuning and ensure high availability of VoIP services.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align VoIP technology with business objectives.

  • Flexible work schedule with the possibility to start the working day from 8:00 to 10:00 and finish from 17:00 to 19:00.
  • Ability to work completely remotely or in the office (Odesa, Kyiv, Kharkiv and Cherkasy). Offices are autonomous in case of power outages.
