Product/Brand Manager at BetterMe Store

The ideal candidate will have a background as an e-commerce product/brand manager and a passion for staying ahead of the latest fashion trends.

YOUR IMPACT:

• Manage the product roadmap and release schedule;
• Communicate with external contractors and handle the operational aspects of project launches to ensure timely and efficient delivery;
• Creating a product strategy for existing or new products based on market trends, sales performance, customer feedback, and industry changes;
• Conducting experiments with e-commerce products, aimed at increasing user retention, conversion rates and average revenue per user;
• Define requirements for new features and functionality;
• Work with UX, design, and engineering teams to bring products to market;
• Working in close collaboration with the marketing and PR team to promote e-commerce products via different traffic sources;
• Researching competitors and new product niches.

ABOUT YOU:

• At least 1+ years of experience in E-commerce Product Management or Brand Management in fashion/clothing niche;
• Proactive approach and ownership over product delivery process;
• Organizational and analytical skills;
• Experience of work with a cross-functional team;
• Striving to find solutions through collaboration and teamwork;
• Understanding Agile Methodology and Principles;
• Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English.

WILL BE A PLUS:

• Experience with health&fitness products;
• Proven track record at global retail (athleisure & accessories) companies.
