We are seeking a talented and motivated Strong Middle FP&A Specialist to join our dynamic finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive financial analysis, strategic insights, and decision support to the specific delivery segments. As a key financial partner, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial performance, analyze trends, and support key business initiatives.
What you will do
- Collaborate with business leaders/delivery managers to develop annual budgets and monthly forecasts for specific segments. Analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide insights to enhance forecasting accuracy.
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to evaluate the financial performance of the projects/segments against targets. Provide variance analysis and actionable insights to support business decisions.
- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to management. Create presentations that communicate complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.
- Work closely with the segments to manage and control costs effectively for existing and new projects. Identify opportunities for cost optimization and efficiency improvements.
- Conduct ad hoc financial analysis and special projects as required by management. Respond to internal and external requests for financial information.
What you need for this
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience.
- Experience in audit/IT would be a plus.
- Critical thinking and strong analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
