We are looking for a Talent Sourcer to join our team. The Talent Sourcer  will play a key support role within this team, assisting  recruiters in the identification of Tech talent for middle to leadership level roles and support company growth. This role offers a career-defining opportunity, where you can grow professionally and develop your future career while taking part in challenging projects! Duties:

• Active search for qualified candidates according to vacancies requirements using several channels: LinkedIn, job portals, internal database, social networks
• Using a variety of research methods and sourcing techniques to generate a talent pool for a vacancy
• Maintaining timely and accurate information on all candidate interactions in the ATS
• Attending briefing sessions with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand requirements and to take part in building search strategies
• Developing talent pipelines for future hiring needs

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Intermediate or higher spoken and written English
• Intermediate or higher spoken and written Polish or Spanish
• 0.5 + years of experience in recruitment/sourcing
• Research acumen and creativity, a person who can learn new tech roles and business domains quickly and understand how to deliver effective search strategies within requirements
• Solid communication skills, ability to build strong relationships with potential candidates
• Organized and data-focused, with a strong attention to detail
• Analytical mindset
• Сurious, a strong desire to learn
• Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
