Right now our Global Production team is about to welcome a who will lead the development of our market research strategy and topic selection for our upcoming courses thus directly influencing the overall shaping and success of Laba Group.
Your areas of influence on the company’s development:
Review proposed ideas for potential topics and test materials (testing results, questionnaires, TA survey results, financial modeling, the correctness of analytical data, and final presentation).
Update benchmarks for tests and financial modeling and improve testing files.
Verify and align targets set by Production regarding the required number of topics.
Participate in local Topic selection meetings, monitor local markets improvement, and be responsible for adapting/changing/implementing processes in Topic selection across countries.
Coordinate the Market Research Analysis (MRA) team (onboarding, adaptation, establishment, and monitoring of team KPIs).
Establish KPIs for MRA topic testing and monitor their achievement.
Prepare for the launch of new markets with the Topic selection process: coordination of processes with stakeholders, backlog organizing, etc.
Generate ideas for new topics, and conduct research.
Create and update the Target Audience Grid.
Skill pack for high-quality performance:
2+ years of experience in Marketing (related to Research), or Product management.
Experience in cross-functional collaboration or team coordination in the Marketing or Product-related field.
Experience in identifying and analyzing target audiences and market trends.
Experience in working with any marketing analytical tools.
English proficiency at B2 level and higher.
Excellent analytical skills and critical thinking for developing a quality topic selection process across the whole Laba Group.
High level of communication and negotiation skills for successful team coordination and cross-functional collaboration.
Initiative in generating and delivering ideas.
Flexibility and adaptability to changes.
Nice to have (but not mandatory):
Experience in multicultural environment.
Experience in EdTech domain/with educational products.
Experience in working with analytical tools (GSuite).
