You will:
- assisting with personal matters such as organizing travel, visa applications, meal arrangements, placing and receiving orders, payment of services, etc.;
- conducting research on various topics, searching for necessary information;
- managing communications with various professional and personal contacts;
- execution of other business and personal assignments of the founder and co-founders;
- email preparation, calendar management, and meeting organization;
- ensuring and maintaining the confidentiality of information.
From you:
- 1+ years of work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role;
- Upper-Intermediate (B2) English;
- excellent communication skills (both verbal and written);
- think-out-of-the-box approach and ability to tackle unsolvable issues;
- outstanding organizational and time management skills, attention to details;
- high degree of professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Will be an advantage:
- familiarity with the tech industry;
- experience in travel and conference arrangement.
