You will:

• assisting with personal matters such as organizing travel, visa applications, meal arrangements, placing and receiving orders, payment of services, etc.;
• conducting research on various topics, searching for necessary information;
• managing communications with various professional and personal contacts;
• execution of other business and personal assignments of the founder and co-founders;
• email preparation, calendar management, and meeting organization;
• ensuring and maintaining the confidentiality of information.

From you:

• 1+ years of work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role;
• Upper-Intermediate (B2) English;
• excellent communication skills (both verbal and written);
• think-out-of-the-box approach and ability to tackle unsolvable issues;
• outstanding organizational and time management skills, attention to details;
• high degree of professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Will be an advantage:

• familiarity with the tech industry;
• experience in travel and conference arrangement.
