As we expand our reach, we are looking for a Partnerships Manager with a strong background in B2B sales and business development.

This is a full-time remote position, open to candidates located anywhere in Ukraine.

Position Overview:

We are in search of a Partnerships Manager with a strong background in business development and with a  ‘growth hacker’ mindset to spearhead the development and expansion of our affiliate partners’ initiatives. This role will focus on fostering relationships with publishers, affiliates, and business partners to promote ELVTR courses and drive revenue through referral commissions.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Scale our Partnerships Network: Identify and recruit key partners and affiliates, onboard them with tailored strategies, and manage relationships to optimize performance.
  • Partnership Program Strategy: Craft and execute partnership strategies that align with our brand and sales goals, and together with our creative team create materials to support the program’s promotion and growth.
  • Innovate and Experiment: Constantly test and iterate on new strategies to amplify the reach and effectiveness of our partners and affiliate campaigns.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to align partnership activities with company goals.

Requirements

  • B2B Sales/Bizdev Experience: At least 1-3  years of experience of B2B sales, business development, and/or partnership building. Deep understanding of the B2B landscape, including sales cycles, business models, and corporate decision-making processes.
  • ​​Growth Hacker Mentality: A proven track record of utilizing unconventional and innovative strategies to drive user acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Analytical Mindset: An ability to interpret data to make informed decisions and drive strategy adjustments.
  • Communication and Language Skills:  Exceptional command of the English language, with native-level fluency and an outstanding ability to effectively communicate and negotiate with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Work Ethic: An organized, detail-oriented self-starter with a positive attitude, ready to take on challenges and capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Working Hours Flexibility: Ability to work with teams across different time zones if needed.
